Kastelli’s new Moderni models are creating a new single-family home culture. The roof panes on different levels introduce an architecture that is different and very distinctive in appearance. The facade facings are boldly divided into sections and elegant gratings top off this entity. A modern look is achieved with wood, brick, or plaster siding. If the town plan dictates or the house is built in an old environment, many of the Moderni models can alternatively also be constructed with a ridge roof.
